"The driver just parked the car and left in a hurry prompting soldiers nearby to be suspicious and people in traffic on seeing the soldiers surrounding the car began to run in different directions" a commercial motorcyclist said.
At the moment, soldiers are carrying out a thorough search of the car.
It can be recalled two deadly explosions had rocked the same Nyanya location in April and May this year killing more than hundred people and wounding several others.
