After reports that President Goodluck Jonathan aides would be screen by the United State government upon arrival at the Washington for the US-African Summit, a report the Nigerian Ambassador to the US denied, it thus appear that precautions are still being taken.
Well, we are not sure of what it is, but from the photograph below, it looks like the white lady whose identity we cannot immediately was reluctant in exchanging a handshake from President Jonathan.
It even looked like President Jonathan grabbed her wrist while she was trying to pull away.
I am just saying oooooooooo
