English Premier League Saturday Team News

All kick-offs 3pm (unless otherwise stated)

Southampton v Aston Villa (kick-off 12:45)
Southampton midfielder James Ward-Prowse is available for selection after missing last weekend’s defeat to Leicester, but Morgan Schneiderlin and Dusan Tadic are both out. Nathan Baker has returned to training following a knee injury but will not be fit for Aston Villa.

Tottenham v Hull
Vlad Chiriches and Emmanuel Adebayor are sidelined for Tottenham through suspension and illness respectively, while Hull boss Steve Bruce must decide whether to restore Nikica Jelavic to his starting line-up. David Meyler is also pushing for a recall, but Mohamed Diame and Gaston Ramirez are both ruled out for the rest of the season.

QPR v Newcastle
QPR are missing Sandro because of the Brazilian midfielder's ongoing visa issues, while defender Nedum Onuoha is available after missing the 6-0 drubbing by Manchester City. Daryl Janmaat returns to the Newcastle squad after suspension and striker Papiss Cisse and winger Rolando Aarons are fit.

Burnley v Stoke City
Striker Sam Vokes has overcome a thigh injury and is available for relegated Burnley but Dean Marney and defender Kevin Long are still sidelined. Stoke captain Ryan Shawcross is likely to miss out with a knee injury and fellow defender Marc Wilson is available again after suspension.

Sunderland v Leicester City
Sunderland midfielder Jordi Gomez will miss the final three games of the season after fracturing his kneecap, and there’s similar news for the Foxes with Matty James, who could be out until next year after suffering cruciate knee ligament damage last week.

West Ham v Everton
West Ham are likely to start Alex Song after he made his comeback in last week’s defeat to Aston Villa, but Diafra Sakho and Andy Carroll are still out for the Hammers. Leighton Baines has been ruled out of Everton's final two Premier League matches after undergoing ankle surgery, so Luke Garbutt is likely to deputise at Upton Park.

Liverpool v Crystal Palace
Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard will be given a guard of honour for his final match at Anfield and is likely to start alongside Jordan Henderson in midfield as manager Brendan Rodgers expects to have the same squad which drew at Chelsea last weekend. Crystal Palace, on the other hand, have a clean bill of health for the trip to Anfield.
