The Natural Remedies for Ebola by Dr 'Wole Olusola

Dr Oluwole Olusola
With the 'advent' of Ebola disease which has been ravaging some West African countries, including our beloved Nigeria, this disease is said to have no cure hence the high number of deaths recorded so far. It kills within few days and far more dangerous than the dreaded HIV/AIDS. Several doctors have come out to explain and 'teach' us how to avoid the disease and one of the doctors is Dr Oluwole Olusola, a US-based Nigerian doctor who is vast and very experienced.

On his Facebook page, he highlighted the natural remedies for the cure of Ebola. I reproduce his post:

Fellow Africans, I know people are running scared and hoping for cures. Instead of waiting for western pharmaceutical companies to come and rescue us, here is my recommendation.

1) Daily use of several cloves of raw garlic will inhibit multiplication of the virus by its allicin. This is the first line of defence that should be consumed as much as can be tolerated.  Individuals should crush 3-4 cloves of raw garlic and sprinkle on their foods (soup, rice, beans etc) 2 minutes before consuming the food. The 2 minutes allows for activation of the Allicin.

2) Drinking freshly squeezed lemon in water for hydration and vitamin C to support blood vessel, hence limit bleeding. Also vitamins C to help boost liver production of glutathione (a powerful antioxidant) production that will help combat the virus. The lemon water would also help replace potassium lost during vomiting / diarrhoea while good hydration would help control the fever. Drinking 2-4 cups of Lemon water (using a straw to protect teeth enamel) especially early in the morning, 90 minutes prior to breakfast help to raise the body pH. The higher body pH creates a less suitable environment for the Ebola virus to multiply. The patient can sip on the lemon water beverage all day but should not drink it for 90 minutes after consuming garlic to avoid neutralizing the allicin with lemon before it is absorbed from the gut into the body.

3). Bitter kola will also bring its own antioxidant / anti-inflammatory/ antibacterial / anti-viral power to fight the Ebola virus. Due to its high caffeine It should be used in very small quantity by patients with a history of high blood pressure, heart trouble, palpitations, seizures, insomnia and stroke. Bitter kola should be consumed only in the morning and afternoon to avoid insomnia.

4) Eating fresh oranges throughout the day would help reduce the pungent smell of garlic while supplying vitamin c to keep the liver generating glutathione.

5) Adequate sleep/ rest is essential for the liver to regenerate glutathione, the powerful antioxidant required to help the body combat the virus.

NOTE: Crushed/ sliced raw onions can be consumed when garlic is not available. Lime is just as good as lemon also.

I know that many will doubt because people want tablets / injections. Until somebody can come up with a better idea I encourage you to protect yourself by following this protocol. You can contact me by Facebook. God bless.  https://www.facebook.com/oluwole.olusola.37
